Trent is passionate about helping people move better, recover well, and return to doing what they love, combining evidence-informed hands-on therapy with a commitment to whole-person wellbeing.

With 20 years of experience across multidisciplinary clinics, rehabilitation settings, and elite sporting environments, he tailors every treatment individually — drawing on remedial massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, advanced dry needling with TENs electrostimulation, cupping, lymphatic techniques, mobility coaching, and practical self-care strategies.

Following severe spinal injuries from motor vehicle accidents and professional burnout, Trent stepped away from practice to focus on his own recovery. Years of rehabilitation gave him a deep appreciation for patience, resilience, and treating the whole person, not simply the symptoms — recognising that physical pain, stress, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle are often interconnected. Alongside manual therapy he may incorporate breath awareness, mindfulness, and relaxation-based approaches to support nervous system regulation.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys mindful forest and ocean bathing, Qigong, lifelong learning, and ancient wisdom traditions, and is inspired daily by his two rescue Mini Fox Terriers, Gruffie and Pixie.

“My goal isn’t simply to help you recover from pain. It’s to help you move with confidence, build resilience, and rediscover your capacity to live well.”
