I have always had a strong connection with sport, movement, and understanding how the body works. My journey into health and physical therapy has been shaped by my experience in sport, education, and extensive travel.

After university, I pursued my passion for sport, playing professionally while developing my knowledge across exercise physiology, sports therapy, and remedial massage. My experience as an athlete has given me a practical understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, from everyday movement and training through to high-level competition.

I also spent around 18 months living and travelling throughout Asia, including Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, and South Korea. Experiencing different cultures and approaches to health and wellbeing has broadened my perspective and continues to influence the way I work with clients.

I take a personalised approach to treatment, combining hands on therapy with an understanding of movement, exercise, and the individual needs of each person. Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is to help you move well, recover well, and perform at your best.
