Cancellation & Fees Policy

We understand plans can change. To help us keep appointment times available for all our patients, please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation notice

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can let us know by calling (03) 8522 1922 or emailing us.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without any notice, may incur a fee of $60. This helps cover the cost of the reserved appointment time.

Our current fees

• Initial consultation: $150
• X-rays, where clinically indicated: $135
• Return consultation: $94

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment. We accept all major health funds for on-the-spot claiming via our HICAPS terminal.

Waivers

If you’ve missed an appointment due to illness, an emergency, or another genuine reason, let us know — cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
